The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy applies only to websites, mobile & web application controlled by PharmaLinkage namely www.PharmaLinkage.com and “PharmaLinkage” mobile application. It does not apply to personal information that is collected offline. It does not apply for external as well as internal connections, conversations made, initiated, contracted or contacted by you with other Users, Visitors, third-party links and websites.

PharmaLinkage shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) this website, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information. You are advised to verify/check any information with the relevant source(s) and to obtain any appropriate professional advice before acting on the information provided on our Platform.

PharmaLinkage shall further not be liable for damages resulting from the use of electronic means of communication, including – but not limited to – damages resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.

PharmaLinkage holds the entire authority on the Terms and the same may be revised by us at any time. We do not endorse the content, advertisements uploaded on the Platform, message and information found and uploaded by any of the User(s), visitors, third-party websites and therefore, we specifically disclaim any liability with regard to the interaction during the Service and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services, and you agree that you waive any claim against us relating to the same, and to the extent such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against us relating to the same.

We are not to be held responsible or liable for any such content uploaded on the Platform. The site may contain health or medical materials that are sexually explicit. If you find the contents on our Platform offensive, you may not continue using our Platform and our Services.

Section 9: Applicable laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by the Republic of India laws. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including the disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
